- Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Services that have been fully completed or delivered as agreed.
Custom or personalized services that were specifically tailored for you.
Subscription or membership fees that have been paid for a set term, unless otherwise stated.
Digital products or downloadable content.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@thinkncode.com with the following information:
Your name and contact details.
The service you purchased.
A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
Any supporting documents or evidence related to the service issue (e.g., screenshots, emails, etc.).
We will review your request and respond within 15 business days. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.
Please note that refunds may be subject to transaction fees or charges imposed by your payment processor. Think N Code is not responsible for these fees.
- Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work or services already delivered at the time of the refund request. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. - Changes to This Policy
